✅ When Can You Return a Product?

We accept returns only in the following cases:

You received a damaged or broken product

The product has a clear manufacturing defect

You received a completely different item than what you ordered

We do not accept returns due to a change of mind or if the item is no longer wanted, unless there is a valid issue with the product.

🕒 Return Period

You must contact us within 3 days of receiving your order to report any issues.

📦 Return Conditions

The item must be unused and in its original condition

It must be returned with original packaging and proof of purchase

You must provide photos clearly showing the damage or issue

💸 Refunds

If your return is approved, a refund will be issued within 7–14 days

Refunds will be made via the original payment method

No fees will be charged for refunds

🚚 Shipping Costs

If the error is on our side (damaged, defective, or wrong item), we cover return shipping

Otherwise, returns are not accepted
